We wanted to have a greater presence in social media, and we wanted to give the job to a team of experts so that we could expand our reach across various social media platforms.

We looked at our target engagements, and Webceros also showed us the impressions, traffic, and conversions we were getting. Although we definitely saw an improvement when we worked with them, we determined that our company and products weren’t really applicable to large social media conversions.

They had a good project management process and took a lot of initiative during our engagement. In addition, they responded well with feedback. They initially chose Jira as a project management tool, but we opted to use Google Sheets instead. We worked cooperatively across Google Sheets because it was the most accessible tool for us. Then, we communicated over email and phone and had weekly calls with them.
