Webbify Infotech worked on design and e-commerce development on Shopify. They easily created the website for me.

How did you come to work with Webbify Infotech Pvt Ltd?

I was looking for development companies. I got a reference and decided to contact them and tell them my story and what I wanted to create. Then, I looked at some of their other projects, which were excellent. I gave them my budget, and they said they could do it.

How much have you invested in them?

At the time, my budget was between $500–$600.

What is the status of this engagement?

I worked with them from August–September 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They delivered it before the deadline, and we haven’t experienced any bugs.

How did Webbify Infotech Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

They used Trello; we tracked the activity there. We also used Zoom and phone calls to communicate. Additionally, sometimes we exchanged information through emails and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I haven’t worked with any other providers, so I can’t say what makes them different.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they took care of all the changes I asked for and always fulfilled my wishes.

Be clear with your requirements and communicate directly with Brijeta. She’ll provide you with all the services you’re looking for.

I'm the owner of SweveByAneja, a fashion brand. I'm also a fashion designer by background and our company is a startup.

What challenge were you trying to address with Webbify Infotech Pvt Ltd?

I was looking for web development and design services. I wanted to have a very simple, interactive, and easy-to-locate website. I also wanted my customers to focus on my clothing section more, so I didn't want it to have a very flashy design.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Webbify Infotech Pvt Ltd came in handy as our web development and design partner. They helped me build our website’s front- and backend and design its UI/UX from scratch. They also came up with a brand design that included the logo and color palette for the website.

They first designed the logo, during which they provided me with a questionnaire form where I filled in all the details about my vision, mission, and my color palette suggestions. They created around five to six logo ideas for me and I selected one. There were minor changes that were made and the logo was finalized.

We then moved on to the design of the website. They designed about three previews for me, and we selected one of them. The development process was very simple and easy; we met every weekend to discuss it, and they developed each bit per week. If I had any inputs, suggestions, or any changes in mind, they applied them immediately. 

The website is actually done, and I'm working on my inventory right now. I'm planning to hire them again for digital marketing because I’ve had a good experience working with them.

I’ve met three people from their team, including their designer and developer, but I work directly with Brijeta (Founder).

I was just doing some random search on Google. Several companies actually came up, and I talked to some of them. I chose to work with Webbify Infotech Pvt Ltd because I found them to be the most reliable.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $2,500 on this partnership.

What is the status of the engagement?

We started our partnership in November 2021, and they completed the website in January 2022. They’re currently providing us with three-month customer service, wherein I can ask for any changes to our site without any charges.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I love the website — it looks exactly how I envisioned it would be. Now, customers don’t have to go through the extra hassle of finding our products because our website is very easy to navigate. Overall, I’m very happy with their work.

How did Webbify Infotech Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

I’m always involved in the process and whenever I have suggestions, they understand and apply them right away. We use Trello to manage and track the progress of the project and communicate mainly through emails and phone calls. Before COVID-19 happened, we met in person all the time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What’s most impressive about their team is that they listen to all of your needs and give their 100% effort to make your vision come to life. Moreover, they don't get fed up with the changes I ask for — as a fashion designer, I always want to try many new things, and they help me do so.

They provide quality services at a very affordable price. They’re also very kind, and they suggest so many good ideas.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think so; they're doing a great job at the moment.

I definitely recommend working with Webbify Infotech Pvt Ltd for your web development and design needs. You can trust them because they're reliable, and they will deliver your work on the time they promised.
