Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Executive Director of the Orland Park Area Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber is a membership based organization comprised of more than 450 small and mid-size businesses and non-profits.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Webbed Feet Inc., and what were your goals?

Our previous website was severely outdated and hard to up-date. We chose Webbed Feet Inc to help us design and develop a new website that was fresh, engaging and most of all, easy to navigate. Our goals included easy transition of all data, a site compatible with the current programs, and one-on-one training for Chamber office staff.

How did you select Webbed Feet Inc. and what were the deciding factors?

We vetted several companies, both Chamber based and non-members. Factors for our final decision included proposals, pricing and technical support.

Webbed Feet Inc combed through our previous website to find any stagnant sections and listened to what the Chamber staff and Board envisioned for the "perfect website." Webbed Feet Inc took these concerns and added several suggestions that were off our radar. The timeline was a bit tight, as the Chamber wanted to launch the new site early February 2020. Webbed Feet was very accommodating and hit all the marks. Training continued in-person and then shifted remotely as the pandemic worsened,

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I have heard many positive comments from members on the new website. More importantly, as businesses consider Chamber membership, I am no longer embarrassed to send them to the site...a polished website is among the best advertisement for our organization!

We communicate tasks for this project using texts, emails, how-to-videos, and phone calls, Webbed Feet Inc is great at troubleshooting and getting back to us in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am impressed with the energy of Webbed Feet Inc. In my industry, that speaks volumes.
