Logistic One is a sustainable delivery provider. We use electric vehicles and optimized routes to reduce emissions in urban deliveries.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire WebAppDev to accomplish?

• We needed a custom mobile solution for internal operations and customer experience. We wanted an app that would allow drivers to log deliveries, provide proof of delivery (EPOD), and give clients live tracking updates. We also wanted a central dashboard to manage everything from dispatch to reporting.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

WebAppDev built a cross-platform mobile app. It worked on both iOS and Android, using Flutter for speed and consistency.

The app had two main parts: one for our drivers and one for our clients. Drivers could log deliveries, upload proof like photos and signatures, and still use the app even if they were offline.

On the client side, users could track their deliveries and get notifications when things were on the way or delivered.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They also launched the app on the App Store and Google Play with all the detailed descriptions to get it found by users.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their project management was structured and clear. They used Trello for transparency, and we had a dedicated coordinator who set up weekly check-ins.

As for deliverables, most milestones were delivered on time or early, I believe. Even the revisions were turned around fast, like within 48 hours.

And yes, communication was also responsive, even on weekends.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We hit above 5K downloads in our first month. WebAppDev made it happen.

Most agencies do one thing better than the rest, for instance, they could excel at design or backend, or marketing, but not at all simultaneously. But WebAppDev was strong across the board. They had a great balance of technical expertise and business understanding.

Are there any areas for improvement or something WebAppDev could have done differently?

Initial onboarding took longer than expected — about a week to get started. Also, the first design concepts leaned too corporate, but they adjusted fast once we gave feedback.

Nothing critical, honestly. Anyone would love working with them.
