We outreached Web3Inventiv for an Flash Loan Arbitrage bot development however during consultation they proposed a better solution that existed with them would be more profitable one thus we opted for a CEX arbitrage bot development. 
They delivered a fully functional bot with 5 exchanges and 20 pairs in just mere 2 weeks time. Remarkable work.

• QA was also very good by them and during UAT we could hardly find low to moderate bugs only

Yes. A few points as below mentioned could have improved our experience 

• Recommend them to have some supports services during off-business hours as well. though they respond back however tech support is only available from 8 am -11pm during India time. If they can invest to have 24 hour tech support that would be great. 
• Recommend them to provide 1 year free support instead of 6 months .
