Great culture fit

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

They redesigned our public-facing digital platform, engineering a secure application portal with automated resume-parsing fields. On the marketing side, they built a localized search visibility strategy, launched targeted paid ad campaigns across professional networks, configured structured email nurture workflows for applicants, and established real-time analytics dashboards.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Qualified application submissions grew steadily within the first month of launching the new platform. Recruiters stopped wasting time filtering through irrelevant, low-skilled resumes because the incoming database filters pre-sorted leads accurately. Organic search positions for our main cybersecurity talent keywords shifted to the front page. Daily organic client inquiries via our new contact portal became a regular occurrence rather than a rare surprise. The system handles massive spikes in concurrent site visitors during our major quarterly tech recruitment drives without showing a single server latency issue or tracking error.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their team stuck rigidly to our launch timeline, checking off design milestones inside a dedicated platform where we could track hourly progress. They avoided bureaucratic corporate layers; if we noticed an issue with how an image rendered on a smartphone screen, a quick note to our assigned specialist resolved it within an afternoon. When we suddenly decided to rewrite our entire internal data privacy policy mid-sprint, they paused production, restructured the contact forms to reflect the new regulations, and kept everything moving forward without missing our final, non-negotiable publication deadline.

What was your primary form of communication with Web Tech Craft?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The design team actually took the time to understand the highly specific nuances of the tech recruitment landscape, ensuring our brand felt authoritative to security-conscious applicants.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Web Tech Craft could have done differently?

The initial keyword research reports they delivered were overwhelming, packed with technical SEO jargon that required an extra explanatory call to translate into actionable business strategy.

How many teammates from Web Tech Craft were assigned to this project?

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Web Craft Tech took charge of the entire development pipeline. They built a custom MLS database integration so listings update in real time without lag. Key deliverables included a mobile-first user interface, an interactive map search tool, secure tenant application upload portals, and a simplified backend dashboard for our agents to add new properties without needing code.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results speak for themselves. Page loading times dropped significantly on mobile browsers, stopping prospective buyers from bouncing out of frustration. Our agents are spending fewer hours manually fixing listing errors, and our direct viewing bookings have steadily climbed every week since the launch because the scheduling calendar actually works.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their team used a highly collaborative, sprint-based approach. We had bi-weekly video check-ins where they demoed progress, and they met every major milestone on time. When we requested a late change to the filtering options for apartment listings, they adapted immediately and deployed the update within forty-eight hours without pushing back our launch date.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their technical transparency was incredibly refreshing. They didn’t hide behind complex jargon or try to sell us features we didn't need.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Web Tech Craft could have done differently?

That said, the extra time spent in planning saved us from making major revisions later on during the coding stage, so the delay was entirely justified.
