We hired Web Pro Pakistan for the development of our website from scratch. Our goal was to have a website that's top-notch in aesthetics, has a great UI/UX & is easy to navigate so that our target audiences can resonate with us.

Found Web Pro Pakistan on Google & heard from a couple of people in my network about their work. I contacted them and had several meetings with their team to get a good insight of their processes, & their past work.

The scope of work included a full redesign of our existing website, as well as the development of custom features and functionality to enhance the user experience. From the outset, the team at Web Pro Pakistan was highly professional and responsive, and they took the time to fully understand my business goals and objectives.

The project was completed in several phases, beginning with the planning and design phase, which included the creation of wireframes and mockups to visualize the look and feel of the new site. From there, the team moved on to the development phase, during which they implemented the custom features and functionality we had discussed.

Throughout the process, the team kept us informed of their progress and provided regular updates and demos to ensure that we were on track. In the end, the team at Web Pro Pakistan delivered a beautifully designed and highly functional website that exceeded our expectations. They assigned a team of 5-6 people with me. This included a project manager who was the point of contact. Apart from the PM, I was also in touch with the head of web development & design in their team, the SEO marketing head, & the content manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

From the outset, the team at WebPro took the time to fully understand my business goals and objectives, and worked closely with me to develop a customized web development strategy that was tailored to my needs. They were responsive and communicative throughout the entire process, and were able to deliver on-time and on-budget.

The end result was a beautifully designed and highly functional website that exceeded my expectations. I have received numerous compliments on the site, and have seen a significant increase in traffic and engagement since it was launched.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They mostly followed the Agile Project Management approach. There were several tools used but mostly we used Slack to communicate & Trello dashboards as well. Every phase of the project was given a deadline that was decided between both the parties. Over the course of the entire project work, there were only 2 missed deadlines but their team had informed me about it beforehand.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There are several good things about them. The one that really stood out was their creativity & out of the box thinking. They kept on throwing great ideas at every stage that I accepted and told them to implement. Secondly, they were kind enough to fix & add a lot of complimentary things in my website without charging anything for it. They told me they will take complete ownership of my project and they showed it throughout.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'd recommend them to use better tools for communication & for their own inter-organizational work. There are several amazing ERP software available that are leveraged by agencies like Web Pro. Currently, they are utilizing free tools, which is understandable since they can't spend a great deal of money in their initial stages.
