Our company imports and resells electronics products and accessories. I am the company's project manager for IT projects

For what projects/services did your company hire HarConstruct, and what were your goals?

Our company needed, even very much needed a system to manage inventory, shipping, importing, accounting and sales turnover statistics. We wanted to have a full-featured and accessible to all our employees business management system in the cloud.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have been looking for the right web experts for a long time, because we needed to collaborate with a team that has all the necessary experts to advise me (because until then our company had not worked with developers) and take care of all the business so that in the end to give me a finished and fully functional product.

Several times I tried to find such developers on the freelance platforms, but as practice has shown me there are only novice guys and it is difficult to find professionals even with a team. One day my searches led me to their official website. I decided to get in touch with them directly and lo and behold, these guys even exceeded our expectations. In short I am full of positive emotions

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The technologies they used were the ones we needed - Laravel, React and VueJS. All beautiful and step-by-step they consulted, made initial layouts, we made our amendments and approved, then all transparently showed every other day the process of front-end work and then the functionality.

At the end they put themselves on their test server and gave us access to test everything. We then asked them to make a few small changes after which they approved. The team themselves hosted our website and connected the domain and everything we needed

We were in touch with their director - his name is Vache and with his project manager - shes name is Ann. But there were five specialists working on the technical part of the project

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I strongly recommend working with this company because they proved that cooperation can be honest, transparent, inexpensive and of high quality. In one month of cooperation with them we both became strong partners! Now our many IT tasks are solved by them and most importantly I would like to express my gratitude to their Director and the entire team

In fact, the team is very responsive and even surprisingly sociable. They didn't even mind going out after office hours, which for me was a very good step up front for cooperation. They will get in touch in all the ways you can imagine and by mail and phone and messengers. They are really good at communicating And they are always open to changes and refinements to the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with their responsiveness and transparency. They show the whole process to the customer

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would like to see them always at their best ! All is well with this company
