Fashion Union is company that manufactures clothing (fashion and apparel). My position is CEO of company.

We have hired Web-ing to develop an e-commerce solution for us. Our main business model is to sell all our products online, over e-shop.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to develop e-shop for our needs and to be tailored for the needs Fashion Union.

We have heard about them over a recommendation from a friend. And they have delivered what they promised.

They have designed and developed an e-commerce solution for us. They have listened to every our need and delivered what we have asked. We wanted the admin part to be tailored to our needs and our industry. It is easy to add products and to create every promotion we want.

What was the team composition?

They were great. Through all projects, we had the support from their CEO and CTO, followed by a team of 4 developers.

Currently, we are in a phase of manufacturing our products but we have great expectations for it.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Very good and agile to all our remarks.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were communicative and forthcoming to our questions and needs. They explained every question we had to each member of our team to ensure our understanding. Their team made sure we were all on the same page when issues arose.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I am very satisfied with them and in my opinion, they need to keep up with good work.
