For what projects/services did your company hire Web Falcon, and what were your goals?

WebFalcon made a website based on the author's project. The goal of the project at this stage was to realize the conceptual idea, related to the connection between the holder of the waste and the recipient.

Development of the core platform for database search along with optimizer, complex work on google maps, forms, admin panel including for data management in the system, graphic design.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are very pleased with the results of the project, it is an innovative project with great execution.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We are very comfortable with the style of communication and management of the proejct, it is the best project realization we have ever encountered. A great advantage for us is the direct contact with developers, hence the results are as expected.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had wonderful communication, work atmosphere, and customer service.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have no objections

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the CEO of an optical shop called Optyk Kobryń. We sell and repair eyeglass frames and lenses and offer eye examinations.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Web Falcon?

We needed someone to develop a website for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Web Falcon developed our e-commerce website using WordPress. They incorporated our brand colors into the design and added some basic animations. Additionally, the team applied custom code to ensure that the site ran smoothly. 

After they finished the site, Web Falcom gave us a demo of how we could update it ourselves and add more products.

We also asked them to create a new logo. Although we already had logo ideas, the Web Falcom team proposed various improvements, which we approved. They also delivered a brochure to go along with it.

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact was a developer, but we also worked with a designer, the owner, and a project manager.

How did you come to work with Web Falcon?

I found positive reviews of their work on Google, so I reached out to them. Web Falcon then invited me to their office and was very friendly. They explained what they could do for me in simple terms, which was great because I wasn't technically savvy. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around €1,000 (approximately $1,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from May–June 2021. Although the project is complete, I can contact them any time if I need help.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Web Falcon completed everything within a month. We didn't get much feedback at first, but eventually, we started to see leads that found us through our site. One of our clients also said that the website looked great and was easy to navigate. 

In terms of the logo, it looked very professional.

How did Web Falcon perform from a project management standpoint?

Web Falcon understood our requirements and communicated well. We initially had in-person meetings, but we mostly spoke over the phone throughout the project. Additionally, we exchanged emails and text messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The best part of working with them was their communication. The developer was in contact with me throughout the process and helped me understand technical terms.

When I explained our business and our products to them, the Web Falcon team immediately knew what to do. They quickly recommended strategies to ensure good results, which was helpful because I wasn't knowledgeable about web development.

Web Falcon was very helpful and seemed to care about our business. The other companies we talked to charged more and agreed with everything we said, even if our ideas weren't that great.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

In my opinion, they should make more complex websites. Mine was simple, which I liked, but the team was skilled and could tackle bigger websites if they wanted to.

If you work with Web Falcon, you won't have to worry about the project — they will help you throughout the process.
