They were to design a beautiful and fully functional, professional 5-page website. In addition, the package was also to include 5 banner designs, 48 to 72 hours turn-around-time, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube page designs

The actual website

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

No they did not. It's been over 6 weeks and I still don't have an acceptable website. They are responsive, but they don't listen despite the number of detailed emails I sent and an over the phone conversation. They keep sending the same terrible designs with no corrections.

I was relieved that the company wasn't a total scam that just took your money and disappeared, but very disappointed that they are frauds who can't perform the services they sell.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Web Design Dock could have done differently?

Yes plenty. They can stop selling services they can't perform. They can listen better to the customer's needs.
