I'm really impressed with their project management. They always had a checklist of things we needed to get done, and they checked it off as we went along. This was great for me because I am more of a micro-manager! Moreover, they were always very prompt in responding to our requests and were flexible with any changes we had.

We were most impressed with Web App Vault's coordination and support. They were also very keen on our unique needs. We had a few minor changes that we wanted to make to our site after launch, and Web App Vault was more than happy to accommodate them for free!

I cannot think of any right now. They’re doing great work!
