Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Build a visual and interactive planning tool for use in meetings with stakeholders. Using Google Maps API as the base layer then building interactive user interfaces to allow custom visualisations of construction projects.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Working with WeAssemble we have not only built an industry-first tool but also our own offshore team in India including product managers, software engineers and DevOps. The tool is being used to empower our clients to make better decisions when planning construction projects that affect local areas. We are now extending the functions of the tool and building on our team based in Mumbai.

We worked directly with the product and project managers in India who helped deliver our tech promptly and at a good level.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

WeAssemble have enabled us to be brave and take the risk of building a new product without the risk and cost of building a development team onshore. They are the perfect partner for non-tech businesses like us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something WeAssemble could have done differently?

I can't think of anything....except one of the owners kept talking about Tottenham F.C winning the League.....which is delusional!!!!

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

WeAssemble built an entire dedicated offshore development team from Mumbai, India. WeAssemble have provided all team members from CTO to the Product Management, all engineers required as well as QA's and DevOps Some of the key deliverables are:

Fast and reactive experience: 

• Built the front end using ReactJS; supporting high conversions across multiple steps with fast load times. 
• Custom solution combined Cloudflare and pre-rendering and added an integrated queuing system to support traffic spikes. 

Live rate API integration: 

• Added plug-in supporting custom API streams; platform compares and displays the best live hotel room, transfer and event ticket prices. 

360-degree experience: 

• Customers can search for experiences by location, genre, and artist, tailor their experiences with add-ons, amend their bookings, and check out in two steps with payment plans. 

Seamless customer support: 

• Admins can access customer information and managing comms via the bookings management system. 

Contract loader: 

• Custom-built back-end includes contract loader, allowing admins to manually load contracts and amend pricing, availability and add-ons. 

Dynamic content & add-ons: 

• System supports custom-built packages with various ticket types, VIP tables and merchandise. 
• Admins can create bespoke landing pages for each event. 

Automated reporting: 

• CSV files containing booking information sent automatically to suppliers at a pre-set frequency to secure allocation.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We started with 5 developers, and within 12 months were were able to scale the department and grew the team to 14. It was super easy to scale the development capacity when we realised we needed more support, there was no compromising on experience, competencies or culture fit.

Our UK team worked closely with We Assemble to build and product and project management team in India. They defined and scoped our product requirements and followed the AGILE methodology running efficient and on time SPRINTS and met all deadlines set.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They've been able to build a team that not only fits the bill, with regards to competence, experience and quality, but most impressively they manage to really embody the culture that we've created within Roamy Earth. They really became, not a team in India, but OUR team in India, buying into the Roamy vision and becoming part of the global team. helping us achieve our objectives.

Are there any areas for improvement or something WeAssemble could have done differently?

We Assemble met all of my expectations and I am struggling to think of an improvement to mention here.
