We came to we3 with our brand identity in the mess. They've helped us to establish our new goals and answer essential questions. It was process of many meetings, feedback and looking for our needs. They've created our full new graphic look and design. They made our website ux mockup, design and then hard-coded it. Overall process was smooth as possible and it was far more than we expected.

Based on the concept and copy created at the Institute, the studio was committed to designing brand-new websites and online ads. The whole process included the following:

1. creating key visuals
2. creating three websites concepts
3. developing the selected concept
4. publishing the website
5. surprisingly, no amendments were necessary We had met twice in a larger group (designers, head of the media office, Institute management) and 4 times (head of the media office and designers) to work on and discuss specific designs and solutions for the project.

• 300% more applicants (compared to 2021)
• applicants demonstrated substantially higher scores (high school final exams)
• the website was honoured with the 1st prize (“application service”) on International Education Fair 2023 in Warsaw

Due to unexpected circumstances, we worked under a lot of time pressure. The initial schedule was shortened from 3 months to 6 weeks. The items were delivered on time. The studio was very responsive at every phase of the project. (note it's European Union, and our work culture can't be described as DO IT ASAP. We take our time :)

We are delighted with the cooperation with We3studio. Its playful aesthetics (suited to the project) meets excellent and collaborative customer service. The company made two websites for us. These are auteur-driven projects, leaving you feeling that you are experiencing something unique, far from the tons of generic online designs. The visual smoothly corresponds to the text, capturing the general concept we introduced initially.

While the first commissioned website is engaging and spectacular eye candy, and the second simplistic, elegant and more feature-oriented (videos, papers), both show great visual imagination and considerable technical skill. Although our order was not a commercial project, we are sure that We3studio will find a way into the hearts and wallets of your clients.

Throughout the redesign process, we worked closely with we3studio to ensure that our unique needs were taken into account and that the new brand image accurately reflected our philosophy. The redesign covered both our identity and E-commerce, including a new color scheme, typography, and imagery that were consistent with our brand values and message.

We are pleased to report that the key deliverables of the project have been delivered, including a brand style guide that outlines the new visual identity, including color palette, typography, and imagery guidelines. The website has been redesigned to reflect the new brand image, with a new homepage, product pages, and checkout pages.

Moreover, we3studio provided design assets for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, and advertisements. They ensured consistency in the new brand image across all touchpoints. We are delighted with the results of the project, and we believe that the new brand image accurately reflects who we are as a company.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CFO and co-founder of a gaming crypto startup; I also handle our operations. We connect Web2 games with web-free technologies for transactions. We have websites for each of our services: technology for gamers, technology for developers, and our gaming platform. Our game is our proof of concept.

What challenge were you trying to address with we3studio?

Initially, we had an in-house designer, but we had a big project and a difficult concept to communicate. Since there were so many services, customers were confused about our vision — we needed to connect everything. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

we3studio helped us develop the UX/UI design for our central platform using Figma; I think we also used Muro in-house. We started the project by laying out the work and the processes. They then prepared workshops to help us recognize our project's vision. From there, we established a timeline and project details. 

The platform is constantly developing, and each new feature needs a new design. We're also currently implementing a project on our website.

I've worked with a project manager and designers. 

How much have you invested with them?

In total, we've spent around $6,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement with we3studio began in May 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

we3studio has organized our vision and helped us establish a design that communicates it. That work has been of enormous value to us. We don't have any direct results, but I feel it will greatly change us once we're done implementing the designs. We expect to receive community feedback soon.

How did we3studio perform from a project management standpoint?

At the start of the project, they told us it would take 8–12 weeks. We've collaborated closely, and any delays have been because we've been unsure of what we want from the project. Typically, we discuss the project with them over email and Discord. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate that we3studio started by identifying what we were missing in our design and built upon those findings. They slowed us down when we tried to jump in and restructure the platform immediately. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We use Discord to communicate because we're a gaming project, but they could use something else. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

The more you let them work independently, the better. We had a great idea for our brand, but it ended up being too narrow for our target audience. It's important to be open-minded and let we3studio execute their designs because it'll turn out well in the end.
