I’m the CEO of Nsurance Solutions Design. We build software solutions for the insurance industry.

What challenge were you trying to address with WBPRO LLC?

We needed app development services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had an application that was nearly finished, but we hired WBPRO to pick it up and continue development after our initial engagement failed. The team uses PHP and other databases bases, as well as ancillary programs like Google Maps to build the location service platform.

What is the team composition?

The number of people has fluctuated depending on the point in the project. There’s usually between two and four people at any given time.

How did you come to work with WBPRO LLC?

I’ve worked with WBPRO on another project as a consultant for over four years. I’ve found them to be very receptive, knowledgeable, and quick.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing collaboration began in January 2019. They continue to provide support and development of new features.

The quality of their work is great. I’ve been developing software for the last 30 years, and WBPRO’s skills are top-notch.

How did WBPRO LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

We’re happy with their project management services. They provide a project manager for every project, and we’re in contact on a weekly basis.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their accessibility and flexibility really set them apart. As entrepreneurs, our minds change quickly and the project can change just as fast. WBPRO is great at keeping up with those adjustments, and they also provide feedback if they think we’re moving in the wrong direction. They know the industry, which makes them great consultants.

Are there any areas they could improve?

In the past, we’ve engaged them in some applications that they weren’t as familiar with, but they picked up on it and worked well in the end.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them to anyone.
