The team is very proactive and disciplined and takes complete ownership of the work at hand. The team members are receptive to ideas and contribute to the betterment of the feature and how the user perceives it. There were moments when the timelines were not met and the quality of some features was not up to the mark.

However, overall the experience with the project was great and the management was kind enough to accommodate some last-minute changes in the requirements and the delivery thereof.
