As an early-stage biotech, we didn't have a website that reflected the caliber of our science or team. When we were meeting with investors or potential collaborators, we had no digital home base that told our story clearly. We also needed a brand refresh — our logo felt dated and didn't convey the sophistication of our work.

I really enjoyed his input of the design and look of our website, as well as it's "readability" to the average person. Every time he recieved feedback, he finished the next part of the project in a very timely fashion.

Honestly, not much. If anything, I wish we'd started sooner. Stephen was accommodating with our timeline and priorities throughout.

Our previous website did not reflect the sophistication of our practice or the specificity of our specialty. Vascular surgery is a field that patients research carefully — they need to understand what we do, why it matters, and why this practice is the right choice for them. The site was not doing that work.

We also needed a way to bring patient voices into the experience authentically — reviews and testimonials that prospective patients could trust — and a system our staff could maintain and build on independently over time.

Stephen rebuilt the site from the ground up, with a clear focus on two things: explaining the practice's specialty in language that was precise without being clinical, and creating a patient-facing experience that built confidence at every step.

He implemented a review solution that integrated seamlessly into the site and that our team has continued to use and manage without outside support. That kind of handoff — where the practice truly owns the platform — was central to what he delivered.
