We engaged Wavemena to support TFK across multiple digital disciplines, including digital marketing strategy and execution, SEO development, website design and optimization, and AI-based tools integration. The scope also involved consultancy on digital growth and performance analytics.

Key deliverables included:

• Strategic planning and execution of paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
• Full redesign and optimization of our website (tfk.com.kw) to enhance UX/UI, improve mobile responsiveness, and support higher conversion rates.
• SEO audit and on-page/off-page SEO implementation to improve organic traffic and visibility.
• Development and integration of AI-driven features and automation tools to enhance customer experience and internal efficiency.
• Regular reporting and performance tracking to guide future digital decisions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Wave could have done differently?

Overall, our experience with Wavemena has been very positive. If there’s one area that could be further improved, it would be setting clearer documentation or roadmaps at the beginning of larger, long-term projects — just to help align expectations and timelines from the start. That said, they are always flexible, communicative, and quick to adapt when changes arise, which has helped maintain smooth progress throughout.
