Warenous

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the director of Integration Kings, a company that helps SMEs transition to cloud-based business operations using web applications within the Cin7 and Xero ecosystem. We specialize in workflow, CRM, and inventory control solutions.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you have for this project?

We needed support assessing our clients' third-party logistics (3PL) requirements and selecting the right logistics partner for their business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Warenous helped our clients assess whether a 3PL provider was the right fit for their business and navigate the process of selecting the right partner. They took the time to understand each client's operational requirements, assess whether outsourcing was the right decision, and ensure the chosen 3PL had a technology-first approach and strong integration capabilities.

Warenous' work complemented our inventory management system implementations, helping ensure the chosen 3PL aligned with the client's workflows, inventory control requirements, and broader technology ecosystem. They also coordinated with us where clients required inventory management systems or integration support, helping create a more connected and effective end-to-end solution.

What is the team composition?

We worked with one teammate from Warenous.

How did you come to work with Warenous?

We found them through a referral. We chose them because they were close to our geographic location, Warenous was referred to me, and our company values aligned.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together in October 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have a 3PL partner in place supporting our business. Warenous consistently took great care of the clients we referred to them, providing practical guidance and support throughout the selection process.

How did Warenous perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We have a great working relationship with Warenous built on trust, complementary expertise, and a shared focus on getting the right outcomes for clients. We highly recommend them to any business looking for independent guidance and support with their 3PL strategy and selection.
