They took over our website, implementing improvements and providing ongoing maintenance. They manage our CRM through Zoho and use Unbounce for landing page optimization.

I’m not sure exactly how many people are working on the project because we hire them for a fixed-price rather than paying per developer. They move people in and out based on project needs. However, I met some of the team in person when I was visiting Jaipur recently.

I found them on Upwork. I wanted to work with another Indian company and they seemed like a good fit based on our needs.

We began working with them in late 2011, and our engagement is ongoing.

Everything in our business happens online, so if our website is down, our whole company is too. They understand that and work to make sure everything is running smoothly. If there's ever a problem, they're quick to address it. 

How did W3care Technologies Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate mostly via email since our internal team all works remotely as well. The communication is fluid and our relationship is well-established at this point. 

They’re good at assigned the right people to the project based on what tasks need to be completed. For example, one of our main points of contact is a developer, our internal team communicates with him, but he doesn’t speak English. If there is a situation that requires more third-party communication, they’ll bring on someone else who is fluent in English.

They’re reliable and consistent.

No, we’re happy with their work. 

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

It can be challenging to manage an offshore relationship. You have to be clear with expectations and goals to have a successful engagement. This is true regardless of what offshore vendor you hire.

I knew their reputation and the kind of work they did from my business network organization. Thus, we had an informal meeting and talked about what kind of work they did and what offer they had. Because of this, I chose them.

We started working with W3care Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in May or June 2019, and the website was launched in November of that year.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve gotten good feedback from visitors. The website is running very smoothly and the navigation is easy. Previously, it was quite cumbersome for our visitors to utilize the site.

How did W3care Technologies Pvt. Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re right on. The moment I shoot them an email about a problem, bug, or another issue, they’re prompt in answering. They let me know if they’re away or if there’s an upcoming holiday at least seven days prior, and they provide me a backup plan. I’m very satisfied with the project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They listened carefully to my requirements and gave me everything in writing, including the timeline for when everything would be done. In addition, they gave me daily updates for the work. If something wasn’t done, they gave me a reason for it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think so. Once the document was set, they took care of the requirements. If I asked them for something else after that, that would’ve been a different thing. There wasn’t a single problem with W3care Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

I’d highly recommend them. They follow global standards, act very professionally, and work systematically.

We had a challenge of spambots sending too many spam messages via our contact forms and comment forms. We needed to fix this issue. Also, we redesigned our homepage to look more modern and usable. We removed multiple sliders and added on a big banner with the overlayed text.

The goal was to improve user experience on our website, as well as the safety of our website.

W3Care very fast and efficiently added captcha to all of the forms on our website. They implemented the big banner which replaced multiple widgets with latest articles on our homepage.

W3Care team is quite big, but I usually work with 2-3 people. They have a smaller team dedicated specifically for ExpressionEngine, which is quite fast and efficient.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We stopped receiving multiple spam comments, which was a great relief for us and our users. The homepage looks much user-friendly now as well.

I was assigned one expert to work with me. Abhi solved all of the tasks very expertly, she communicated with me on a daily basis via skype.

Somehow we found about this Team and interviewed their team over call and found them well versed of what we need and a positive attitude towards the work.

All of the requirements were not very clear at the beginning so we were also a bit reluctant to hire a new team. Though, they have impressed with their portfolio and by showing a willingness to help. We had lots of pendencies that time as we had lack of staffing in this area and looking to find a team who has varying skills and can do UI, web development, QA and content as well

We found them through google search and we have been very impressed with the interview call and found them good fit of what we were looking at. They had a small team that time but good fit for our requirement.

They have a full stack team though, now we have in-house team of UI and UX so we take care of UI and they take care of rest of the things. They are very flexible and ready to work as we want. They are part of our extended Team. Minimum, 3 of their resources has been working on our project. Though many times 10 of their technical resources has been working on our project too. So, it’s kind of flexible Team structure with us.
