BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of a commercial cleaning company based in KY and FL. We work with commercial and industrial clients.

For what projects/services did your company hire VX Development?

Our websites were non-existent. VX Development did a revamp and redesigned it very professionally. Since the beginning of 2021 I have also been using their local SEO services and have increased my client list by 25%.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They did a redesign for another business owner and they gave them raving reviews. Very nice, communicative, and timely.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

First we had an initial call where they asked what I was looking to get out of the new website. Then they had me send pictures and logos. After about a week of back and forth messaging I was presented with the overall layout and design. We messaged back and forth and then they took care of the rest.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

3 people. One designer, one copy-writer, and one who did the branding.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In less than a year, my contact form submissions have gone from non-existent to about 15 calls/contact form submissions a month (speaking only about the KY site).

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was fantastic. They even made and continue to make an upload custom videos on my dashboard if I have any questions on how to do/update something myself.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I had a great time with this team and was surprised at how communicative they were the whole time. I was a part of the process which I really appreciated.

Something else that stands out is that they made the custom videos for my dashboard and continue to update my website without charging me for every little thing, unlike large companies/agencies. They really go above and beyond. They have done countless things that are not in the scope of work and don't charge me for it.

This really was the best company for small businesses looking to get a nice website and more clients.
