What challenge were you trying to address with Vuemobi Media?

We needed help creating our map and some virtual tours photography for our units to display on our Google business profile.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Vuemobi Media developed our website using WordPress and optimized it for local search. In addition, they've done social media for us, which included managing our Google business profile and our Facebook and Twitter accounts. They are also handling our digital marketing.

They've also created our profiles for directories like Yellow Pages and handled our digital marketing, SEO, keyword research, and content writing for our site and blog posts.

What is the team composition?

We work with two members of their team, but we're mainly in contact with their project manager.

How did you come to work with Vuemobi Media?

We did a Google search, found several options, and interviewed a couple of them. Vuemobi Media ended up fitting what we were looking for.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent $50,000–$200,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the engagement in December 2016, and it's still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They've met our expectations; my business manager can see some progress with the campaigns, especially in the early days they built our website.

How did Vuemobi Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time; we do have some delays, but those are beyond circumstances that they can control. So far, everything has been given as expected.

Regarding communication and tools, we use phone calls and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are local, so they know the stuff here and are very good in our property and apartment niche.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They are a bit expensive, but it's worth it because we see results.

Any advice for potential customers?

Evaluate and work with an agency that is experienced in your specific area. It is easier for a business to implement the project if someone understands your language and industry.
