CEO of a leading provider of cutting-edge technologies and services, offering scalable solutions for enterprise and businesses of all sizes. We are specializing in IT consulting by supporting services that include federal agencies, computer, and IT trainings, distance learning, IT managed support services, managing contracts, computer service installation and setup, computer networking services, etc.

For what projects/services did your company hire VTV TECHNOLOGIES LLC?

Setting up Microsoft office 365 environment for us and building our website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Haven seen their great service through another client and decided to hire them to do the service for us too.

After many meetings and consideration of what we want, we finally landed on the theme to use and they advise us on the must cost saving product to us and the resources that are at our benefit and we actually got a service at a very good price.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Two, Devop engineer and the project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The developers were able to design our website with the best themes and colors we want and over all we have had some very great feedback from some staff members.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager has been very good at what they do. We usually have zoom meetings where they provide us with updates and we discus on the changes we want and possible completion date of the project. At the initial start of the project we have some in person meetings which was very productive, great communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their knowledge of website design was a great fit for our goal.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really, overall they are doing a great job, maybe price reduction in service is something I might talk on.
