They've provided proactive support and made an effort to make recommendations for enhancements. Not just at the onset of the relationship, but ongoing through the relationship.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Willingness to work around our issues with time zones, suggested solutions when presenting an issue or problem, and always willing to work to solve a problem or request.  Only a handful of times have we decided to go another direction.  In most instances, we opted to go with the suggested solution. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something VNMT Solutions could have done differently?

The only suggestion I would have is with regard to the Ticketing system.  I often get a reply that a ticket has been submitted.  It muddies up the inbound communications that are purposeful and require action or response.  Additionally, the messages regarding a CLOSED ticket explain that the ticket is closed, but doesn't say exactly how it was resolved.   And there is no Hyperlink to review the details of that ticket.  You must copy paste the ticket number and search for it in email box or on the website.  A hyperlink to the ticket would be ideal.

Work to understand our complicated business model and align mapping and flows to enable BAU to continue as we converted to a Netsuite based CRM and ERP environment.

Key deliverables:

• 100% accurate scheduled flows of member data, product data and accounting data to and from Netsuite, Shopify, Revel and 3PL using Celigo application. 
• Enable the business to conduct full ecommerce and retail transactions with over 100,000 customers and facilitate order fulfilment and supply in a timely and accurate manner.

We're satisfied that all deliverables scoped are fully operational or supported until they are accurately completed.

VNMT take a whole team approach to meeting and understanding the needs of the client. They were careful to take notes and keep particular records of instructions, needs and requirements.

At times, business hours do not align well from east coast Australia to India but this is an unavoidable issue that VNMT tried hard to be flexible with.

Most consulting teams have solid knowledge on the system, while not all teams have reasonable financial knowledge.

VNMT answers all tricky financial questions which is really impressive.

Many cases, when the finance manger comes up with the 1st half, they have figured out the 2nd half themselves already.

Are there any areas for improvement or something VNMT Solutions could have done differently?

When it comes to the area of ARTS... the team of gentlemen surely cannot score 100%.

For example, how to make a PDF pretty. But definitely no biggie.

More work up front on solution design would help - they rely heavily on us for detailed briefs and could be providing more architecture and documentation services in addition to the coding.

Each Integration was defined upfront with clear goals. We measured the outcome based upon the testing we performed and how it performed in Production.

Working with a new team always has its challenges. However, once we got over the initial hurdles and the team start working, we made good progress. Communication at the start was a struggle, and needed much improvement, however by the end of the project I felt we had a good understanding especially from a business requirement. VNMT Solutions always came through no matter what the requirements were to ensure we delivered everything the business required, even if requirement change mid project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

VNMT didn't make assumptions based upon the information I presented, them. They would go away and discuss the requirements and them come back to me with questions. We would then discuss the requirements in more depth, before they started development. Then would reach out during development if anything needed clarifying. This helped deliver integrations that worked. I was especially impressed with them, if I brought to them an issue, they would investigate the issue, discuses with me the solution if needed, before fixing the issue in a timely manner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something VNMT Solutions could have done differently?

The only thing that I can think of is for both sides to communicate annual leave and public holiday more in advance. I found raising an issue, only to find out that the resource was on leave, or it was a public holiday.
