VNC TEC is an IT services company based in São Paulo, Brazil, serving small and mid-sized businesses since 2015 from its own office in Tatuapé.
We run the client's entire technology environment under a single monthly contract with a written SLA, instead of billing per incident. The company stops depending on a different technician for every problem and gets one party accountable for the whole environment.
Our services: managed IT support with a structured help desk, cybersecurity and SOC as a service sized for SMBs, 24x7 NOC monitoring of servers, links, backups and business-critical systems, corporate network and Wi-Fi projects, structured cabling, cloud migration, Microsoft 365 deployment and management, corporate cloud backup, and the technical side of LGPD compliance.
We built our own operations platform, Sentinel, which brings infrastructure monitoring, security event detection and remote action into a single auditable workflow. Most incidents are handled before they become a support ticket.
We also build custom software when an off-the-shelf product does not fit the client's process: Hub RH for people management, Audit Flow for financial process control, and a system for pet shops and veterinary clinics.

Our Story
VNC TEC started in 2015 in Tatuape, Sao Paulo, to fix what small and mid-sized companies kept paying for twice: a different technician every time something broke and nobody accountable for the whole environment.
