Our organization requested a unified communications & collaboration design service for our updated office suite. We required the ability to hold virtual meetings with partners and staff in various locations in and outside of Houston, TX. We needed a simple system that anyone can work with ease. A system that did not require too much occuplancy. We also wanted to have support available if we did need some more hands on requirements.  Vivo Technologies, from the beginning of our search process, provided great communications, explaining to us our best options for our budget and requirements. Their suggested equipment is sleek and clean, works wonderful for our needs of Teams meetins and content sharing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We selected the NEAT bar/pad for our audio/visual needs. It is easy to use. We have not had a problem of any sort before, during, or after meetings. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Vivo Technologies was great in responding to our needs. They completed all aspects of the project on time and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. When we had questions about our equipment, Vivo was prompt to provide guides and assistance where needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I highly respected that they communicated directly and easily with our CEO and myself on what they recommended for our needs. They were able to simplify the different types of technology and systems available allowing our team leads to make the best decision for our needs. They did not try to force our organization into a sale, but better yet allowed us to learn about the products so choose the best one for us. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Vivo Technologies could have done differently?

I would have liked for their technician to come out to have seen our layout and conference area beforehand to determine if what we had available in our room was up to par or that we did  have everything needed for installation. We did have to order 2 smaller items after installation to allow for full use of our system.
