Virtual Realty Assistants (VRA) builds back offices for growing businesses with dedicated, trained virtual assistants. Our assistants come from the top 1% of applicants, selected through hands-on, instructor-led training and a final evaluation rather than a resume screen.
How we work: we start with a needs assessment, match you with an assistant who fits your workflow, and stay involved after the start date with check-ins at 14, 30, 60 and 90 days. If something isn't the right fit, we replace your assistant at no cost. Assistants ramp onto your software quickly and work Monday to Friday on US hours, full-time or part-time.
Our assistants support sales and client service teams, marketing, administration, bookkeeping support, transaction coordination and title file support for clients ranging from real estate offices and title companies to restaurants, professional services firms and newly acquired small businesses. Bilingual English-Spanish assistants are available.
