I wanted my website to be easily accessible, simple but professional, to look modern and neat.

How did you select this vendor?

I used to work with Aleksandr (Project Manager, VinoByte) in the past in other company. We always understood each other well professionally and when I discovered that he opened a company I trusted that he and his brother will meet all my expectations regarding the website creation.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They designed, developed, configured and launched a new website for me. The project began with a discovery interview, which let VinoByte understood my needs and adjust the possibilities of the final version of the project. Once we approved all the requirements from my side (providing complete portfolio and descriptions) the workflow went very quick, within 1-2 weeks maximum.

The functional version was ready for testing and all the suggestions from my side were always taken into consideration and developed. I also received many clever ideas and suggestions from the company, which improved a lot the form of presentation of my portfolio.

What was the team composition?

The team that worked on my website were Aleksandr and Kola, two brothers. They understand each other perfectly, what helps a lot with the workflow and speed up the termination of the project. They complement each other with experiences too.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The idea and solution provided by VinoByte is perfect to develop my business. All the customers that saw the website were impressed with the result and happy that my portfolio is presented in such a professional way. I also gained new customers thanks to the website, as previous customers shared the website to new people. Moreover, a colleague of mine asked for the contact of VinoByte to ask for creating his website.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management was very impressive and professional. The team regularly complied with deadlines and communicated with me constantly. We communicated with phone or Skype mostly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I have the feeling that VinoByte team members complement each other not only professionally and with work experience, but also with characters, which makes the project easy to start, develop and to be completed. Very smooth easy-going contact. A lot of uncliched ideas, which makes the final project original.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything was perfect. They helped me bring my long-planned idea into reality.
