Vimina Systems helps small and growing businesses turn scattered spreadsheets, inboxes, and disconnected tools into one CRM their team actually uses.
Vimina is founder-led, so you work directly with the person designing and building your system. Founder Olivia Ennis brings close to a decade of operations experience and hands-on expertise in HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Salesforce, along with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and SharePoint. Because she comes from the operations side, every system is built around how your team really works, not a generic template.
What we do:
• CRM selection: an honest, platform-neutral recommendation based on your workflow and budget
• CRM setup and rebuilds: pipelines, fields, views, and dashboards designed around how your team sells and serves customers
• Data migration and cleanup: moving you out of spreadsheets or an old system without losing anything
• Integrations and automation: connecting your CRM with the tools you already use, and automating the manual steps in between
• Training and support: hands-on training, clear guides, and ongoing support by retainer or as needed
How we work: every project starts with discovery, so the plan and price are built around how your business actually runs. Build work is quoted as a fixed price, so you know the cost of each step before it begins.
The name comes from the Latin for pliable willow branches used in weaving, which is what we do with your systems: bring the separate pieces together into something strong.
