I am a Senior Animator and we produce animated explainer videos for clients around the globe. My job is to make animated explainer videos, execute the projects and assigned tasks to my team.

For what projects/services did your company hire Videos Explainer?

We recently received a big project from our existing client and we were looking for a video producer who can deliver us the best quality animations at a competitive price. We do have inhouse team, but due to workload we couldn't manage so we decided to hire a team and complete the remaining work to deliver the project within given deadline provided by executive team and product owners.

What were your goals for this project?

Get 7 Explainer videos within 3 months.

We posted a job at LinkedIn and found Muhammad there. We scheduled an initial discovery session and discuss the project requirements, deadlines, quality requirements and clients expectations.

Muhammad scheduled a first call right after our engagement on LinkedIn and explained his entire process of making an explainer video. It started from the style frames finalization to all the way on delivering and rendering the final video. We received styles frames within 7 days, storyboards of 7 videos within 25 days and animated cuts within 35 days. They kept us in the loop and delivered the videos in given timeframe.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Muhammad kept us in the loop while communicating directly with the client to cut the distance and extra layer of communication. We were in the loop and we added Muhammad into our Jira so all the notes, revisions requirements, deliverables such as style frames, illustration, animation, renderings, collect files etc remain into our Jira so we can keep every assets related to this project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received total of 7 Explainer videos and we delivered remaining 7 videos with in house team. Client was happy because of our quick delivery and we are working with Muhammad again on another project.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I have no complains. It was great, communication was smooth and sprints, meetings were always on the schedule.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I like their quality and their pricing. We had other options they were competing in terms of pricing and able to complete the work within given deadline but I like their quality of work and I think Muhammad's Quality at this rate is the competitive pricing I have ever encounter during last 4 years of animation production career.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I can't think of anything.

We received a series of leads nurturing videos to help us run the video email marketing on a targeted niche of salesforce implementation.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow and process were great and the communication schedule, sprints were defined already at the start of a project. I didn't find any impediments

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They knew exactly what we wanted which reduced efforts of going back and forth.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Yes, they should add a project manager. Muhammad only one who has been handling all the clients and their schedule would affect clients and business in the long run.

We started with a meeting of discovery session then discussed the concept, then script then storyboard and then animation. During video product we face few challenges because of their process was following a waterfall method which was restricting us from going back to precious stage.

They were following waterfall method using podio as a project management tools.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We reduced our bounce rate by 65% and improved our conversion by 23%

It was pretty smooth and communication was to the point

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are local and providing video production at a very competitive rate. Timeline during proposal and scope of work was accurately defined. Their quality of work was amazing.
