I’m the owner of Crescent Printing & Copying, a printing company that caters to other businesses.

What challenge were you trying to address with Vibrant Brands?

I needed someone who could help me re-envision my company and handle my rebranding efforts.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I hired Vibrant Brands to do a complete rebranding of my company logo, look and feel, fonts, colors, and overall online presence. I provided them with the previous logo that I designed ten years ago, and they went and created a new logo, colors, fonts, and look and feel. Aside from that, they designed and developed a WordPress site for me. They used Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop for the entire logo packages and all the other branding collateral.

What is the team composition?

I worked with the owner, a project manager, a graphic designer, and a programmer from Vibrant Brands.

How did you come to work with Vibrant Brands?

I found Vibrant Brands through online research. They actually drove to Maryland to meet me in person and do a presentation for me.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent somewhere around $30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from September 2016–August 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I loved the brand’s new logo and look and feel. I also got positive feedback about the logo.

How did Vibrant Brands perform from a project management standpoint?

Vibrant Brands performed well in terms of project management. They were professional, and they communicated well. We typically communicate through email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was most impressed with Vibrant Brands’ responsiveness. I was also quite taken by the fact that they drove from New York to Maryland to meet me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve their pricing. I think I paid a little more than I should have for the services they provided.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure to negotiate a better price.
