We contacted Adnan because we have a project with a client to create 3 landing pages, some for giveaways and some to join waiting list for the Black Friday. Deadlines were short as we needed the first 2 done in less than a week from development to finish and the third one the week after. Adnan was in charge of the designs of the pages as well as the integration in Webflow and he's done a fantastic job

No measurable outcomes yet as we are currently driving through them but for the.current data we are at 60% conversion rate of filling the Giveaway pages and around 40% CVR for the waiting list landing page

I am the Co-founder of QISSA by su.i, a lifestyle brand based in Delhi-NCR, India.

For what projects/services did your company hire Vestaso ?

Since we do not have a brick and mortar right now, most of our sales are achieved via social media pages and pop-up shops. To further increase the efficiency of our working model, we needed a website complying to our and our company’s design/functionality needs. Hence, we hired Vestaso.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I knew the founder as he was a high school classmate of mine, I then went through their work and process and they guided me through everything even before the project started so that became a major plus point for me.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

I needed an e-commerce store which had the ability to manage inventory, handle my taxes, and also be linked directly to my shipping provider. Other than that I needed the design to be modern, clean and elegant. I basically wanted the website to reflect our branding very well. I also needed the online store to have coupons and discount functionality as we regularly run offers for our customers. We gave them a style and they sent us the designs and then they developed the designs on WordPress.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with 2 people, one was the founder himself and both of them were designers. The other resource was also a developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had a lot of success after the website went live. We saw a 50-60% increase in the monthly orders, the average cart value went up to almost 2x because the customers could easily see the products and offers. The shipping was very precisely calculated and helped us prevent losses that used to occur when we worked manually. To sum up our revenue went to almost 3x after our website went live. Some of it also had to do with our marketing efforts.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They had a very clear and easy to understand process that was explained to us before the project even started. We had clear timelines and everything was managed on a notion dashboard which helped us keep track of everything.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive and unique thing about them is that they treated out project as if it were their own business. The attention to detail was impeccable and their process was really smooth. I also loved their expertise with design and what technologies would work the best with our budget and requirements.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing I felt that can be improved is that they don't provide content writing services and having an all inclusive place would have been nice. But that's just me nitpicking, they're good at what they say and that's what matters.
