Please describe your company and your position there.

I´m the CMO and managing director of Reachbird.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire VeryCreatives, and what were your goals?

Since the start of Reachbird we´ve worked together with VeryCcreatives in order to build a very strong and unique influencer marketing technology. The challenge was to build a technology that combines all important areas in influencer marketing.

The key challenge was to bring influencer marketing to another level using smart data and artificial intelligence that disrupts the market.

SOLUTION

How did you select VeryCreatives and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a strong development partner that was able to face these challenges with a strong focus on deep technology. We were also looking for a long-term partner that understands our business and was willing to dive deep into our core challenges. VeryCreatives. And since now this was the right decision.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We are using the SCRUM framework to efficiently work together. Our product owner is involved in the daily exchange, planning, and communication with VeryCreatives. Together we plan the product roadmaps, features, and user stories. Here we also benefit from VeryCreatives experiences from other projects.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We were working with a total team of 5 people. back- & front-end development, UX/UI designers, and project management. Both on senior and junior levels.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since the beginning, the team is able to create valuable features that are influencing the market and the industry.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

Working with VeryCreatives is really great. We are using some tools like GitHub, Asana, Slack etc. in order to be able to work professionally. But we don´t have tools that overcomplicate the workflow.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with VeryCreatives' high understanding of digital products and the newest technologies. They were very flexible, and a strong partner for complex business models.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Working remotely always requires a high degree of communicating the vision of the company and understanding its values. This is a well-known challenge, but we found a way how to improve it.
