VerteVida Consulting

VerteVida is a consulting firm that offers two services: project management and data analysis.

Project management. We manage IT and software projects from kickoff to handover. This includes ERP and software implementations, on-premise to cloud migrations, mailbox, file share and user migrations, MDM and intranet implementations, platform migrations and service adoption projects. We plan the work, coordinate your teams and vendors, manage risks and dependencies, control changes to scope, and send a clear status report every week. Our role is to manage the project. Your technical teams or vendors do the build, and you keep the business decisions.

Data analysis. We help you trust your data and use it to answer business questions. We check and clean data, find the causes of problems such as rising costs, returns or claims, analyse prospect-to-cash data, and map data from several systems into one consistent view for reporting or migration.

How we work. You can hire us for a defined project with a fixed fee, or for ongoing support each month. We can also work on time and materials. Each engagement is led by one of our founders: Fred Bhanpurawala, who has managed software implementations, integrations and upgrades throughout his career, and Nafisa Sadiq, who leads our data analysis work in claims, prospect-to-cash and common data environment projects.

We work remotely with clients across Canada and the US. To start, book a 15-minute intro call at vertevida.com
