What challenge were you trying to address with VeratekSoft?

We wanted to find a long-term technology partner who could understand our vision and translate it into functioning digital solutions.

What was the scope of their involvement?

VeratekSoft took over the entire technical project management, from the initial requirements analysis and strategic planning to the UX/UI design, development, technical implementation, QA, and ongoing optimization. Their deliverables included the conception of a modern and scalable system architecture, the development of a user-friendly digital platform, the automation of internal workflows, and the setup of secure interfaces and technical processes.
Moreover, VeratekSoft took care of performance, data protection, security, mobile optimization, and the preparation of the system for future expansions. The team developed a central digital platform where we could manage relevant information, customer inquiries, and internal processes. The platform included a modern UI, a protected admin area, structured data and document management, and different user and access rights.
VeratekSoft also automated recurring and time-consuming processes, such as the capturing and forwarding of inquiries, the assignment of information, status changes, internal notifications, document creation, and parts of the customer communication. The team also created interfaces so different systems and data sources could work together reliably.
Additionally, VeratekSoft developed functions to track ongoing processes, clear dashboards and reports, and automated reminder and control processes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

VeratekSoft exceeded our expectations. The team not only met our requirements but also questioned our existing processes, identified areas of improvement, and proposed solutions we hadn’t thought of. We didn’t feel like an ordinary customer; VeratekSoft identified with our goals, took responsibility, and treated the project as if it were their own company.
Thanks to the automations VeratekSoft developed, we reduced the manual work in recurring processes by around 60%. The average processing time of individual processes decreased by 50% since we no longer had to enter information multiple times. Moreover, the error rate in data capturing and internal forwarding was significantly reduced.
Customer inquiries can now be captured centrally, assigned faster, and processed more transparently. Our response times have also improved; processes that used to take several hours can now be completed in a few minutes. Additionally, the system has a 99.9% uptime, and we haven’t had any relevant outages.
We also have a mobile-optimized platform with a 2-second loading time and a 4.8/5 user satisfaction rating. Our team can always see the current processing status, which has reduced double data capturing and internal inquiries. Thanks to the automated processes, our team can process 30–40% more processes with the existing resources. We’ve also completed 90% of tasks on time.
Overall, VeratekSoft has made our entire digital workflow more efficient, structured, and scalable. We save time and costs and have a technical foundation for sustainable growth.

How did VeratekSoft perform from a project management standpoint?

VeratekSoft’s project management was excellently organized, transparent, and reliable. The team divided the project into clear phases, milestones, and responsibilities. We always knew what tasks they were working on, what decisions they needed, and when the next deliverables would be ready. VeratekSoft met all the deadlines and sometimes delivered ahead of schedule.
Moreover, the team had short response times and proactive communication. We didn’t have to ask for updates; they gave us regular updates, clear explanations, and concrete recommendations for the next steps. VeratekSoft actively led the project, identified risks and technical dependencies, prepared decisions, and followed up on tasks until completion.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed by how VeratekSoft combined technical competence with a real understanding of our company. The team didn’t just meet our requirements; they understood our goals, analyzed our processes, and developed solutions that exceeded our expectations. We were also impressed by their speed, short response times, and personal support.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We were satisfied with the collaboration and the result. If we had to point out something, we would’ve liked a more detailed introduction to the platform’s functions at the beginning of the project. Our team needed some time to understand the platform’s possibilities. However, VeratekSoft responded quickly and supported us in the onboarding process.
