What we do
Velogics is an Ottawa studio building websites, AI agents and local search visibility for service businesses across Canada.
We hand-code in Next.js and React. No page builders, no themes, no template lock-in — which means sites load fast, rank properly, and can be extended rather than rebuilt when the business changes.
Three things, built to work together
- Web engineering. Custom Next.js and React builds deployed on Vercel, designed around the enquiries a business actually needs rather than as a portfolio piece.
- AI agents. Voice receptionists, chat, smart forms and booking that answer at 7pm when the call would otherwise go to a competitor. Built on the client's own site and content, not a generic bot.
- Local SEO and GEO. Google Business Profile, citations, service and location pages, and Generative Engine Optimization so clients appear in AI answers as well as search results.
Who we work with
Service businesses where a missed call is a lost job: trades, home services, restoration, events and clinics. Most of our clients are in the Ottawa-Gatineau region and we work remotely across Canada.
How we work
Small team. No subcontractors and no account managers between the client and the people writing the code. You talk to the person building it.
We don't guarantee rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts or revenue, and we'd be cautious of anyone who does. What we commit to is the work itself, done properly, and honest reporting on what it produced.

Our Story
We started Velogics after watching Ottawa service businesses pay for websites they couldn't change and AI tools nobody showed them how to run.
So we build the opposite. Every site is hand-coded and owned outright by the client, shipped with the thing that actually wins the work: something that answers when the phone rings at 7pm.
