I’m the owner of Green Line Plumbing, a company that provides reliable, affordable, and professional plumbing solutions for homes and businesses in Meerut and nearby cities.

What challenge were you trying to address with Vedatron?

I hired Vedatron to design and develop a modern, SEO-optimized website for Green Line Plumbing that would establish our brand identity online, improve local visibility in Meerut, and provide customers with an easy way to learn about our services and contact us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Vedatron was responsible for the complete design and development of the Green Line Plumbing website. Their scope of work included requirements gathering, UI/UX design, backend development, SEO optimization, and deployment. The main deliverables were a fully functional, mobile-responsive website, integration of contact forms and service pages, domain setup, and clear documentation for ongoing maintenance.

Vedatron primarily focused on the technical aspects of the project — designing, developing, and optimizing the website. The core content, such as service descriptions and business details, was supplied by us. However, Vedatron did assist with sourcing stock images and provided guidance on structuring the content to make it more user-friendly and SEO-ready.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project delivered clear results: our new website improved local visibility, generated more customer inquiries, and strengthened our brand presence online. Within the first month, we saw increased traffic to the site, higher engagement through the contact form, and positive feedback from customers who found it easier to reach us. These outcomes demonstrated both technical success and business impact.

After the launch of the Green Line Plumbing website, we experienced a 60% increase in customer inquiries and overall website traffic compared to our previous baseline. This growth demonstrated the effectiveness of Vedatron’s work in improving our online visibility and generating real business results.

We primarily relied on Google Analytics to track website traffic and engagement metrics after launch. In addition, we monitored inquiry volumes through our internal records (calls, WhatsApp messages, and contact form submissions) and gathered customer feedback directly. Together, these methods gave us both quantitative data and qualitative insights into the success of the project.
