We are Fast Track Training: Worldwide Learning and Tuition. We are online teachers who help students pass their exams with 1:1 coaching and group lessons.

For what projects/services did your company hire Vconekt?

Our websites were not properly optimised to show up on the first page of google. We wanted more visibility and better health for our websites.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The team at Vconket were able to advise and guide us to fixing our websites, in line with Google requirements, and start our SEO project.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

First we had an assessment meeting with their team. They then gave us a list of resources that they would need and thirdly they began work on the websites and finally they have created a 3-6 month plan to continue the ongoing SEO project.

Our main contact was Khakan the Director of the company and we then worked with another member of staff who was the specialist SEO team member.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our websites have now been on site optimised and we are now getting our articles, blogs, user generated content ready to share with the world!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Extremely effective and they were enthusiastic to continue the project by scheduling meetings every week to provide feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication and English was perfect but also the number of team members they have who specialise in other areas. They know their stuff, and we are currently using them for more projects.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, none at all.

Our portal was very basic and we were handling all queries manually. we were looking for a tech solution which can handle normal queries using uber/bykea services.

These guys completely revamped everything web portal and mobile application.

application is successfully completed and deployed in our primary server. also, the mobile application is available for android users right now and we are focusing on it.

They were very professional and showcased a positive attitude.

approach and attitude. They look very simple though handling high-level technical complexities. I personally didn't find any behavioral change when things got complex.

well, the mobile application handles almost all kinds of queries on its own and it reduces operational work a lot. we are more focused on marketing and expansion,
