I’m the founder and CEO of TrackMyBeat. Our company works in the healthcare space, offering remote health monitoring solutions.

What challenge were you trying to address with VcareAll?

We wanted to build a mobile application for patients at home with health monitoring stations.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The app was built on iOS and Android platforms. Individuals needed to be able to use the app to collect health data using Bluetooth enabled devices. Blood pressure monitors, glucometers, and activity monitors could be connected to a mobile app on the smartphone. VcareAll built the entire software stack for the app.

How did you come to work with VcareAll?

A friend recommended them. Initially, we asked them to do a proof of concept to see what capabilities they had.

We spend between $10,000 to $50,000 per year with VcareAll.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with them in March 2013 and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

The quality of their work is pretty high. We measure that by the number of bugs and support calls we need to make. Once the versions start working, it’s rare to go back to them to fix bugs. The feedback has been positive from users.

How did VcareAll perform from a project management standpoint?

We have 1 primary point of contact. He’s been very good in terms of delivery, timelines, and follow-up.

What did you find most impressive about VcareAll?

They deliver on time, the value for money is good, and the level of service is good. They are very responsive. We appreciate how they react to our needs and how they talk to us about solving our problems.

Are there any areas VcareAll could improve?

They’re still a young organization, so to have complete consistency in the people they hire, they need to continue to focus on training. That would make things more stable.
