How did you select this vendor?

I selected Digital Marketing Folks from the recommendation of a colleague. DMF created a website for a friend of my colleague, and when looking at the agency’s portfolio I was impressed with their work.I received a competitive quote for services and decided to hire the agency based on the other work they had completed. Website design is very important in my industry and I wanted a nice website for listing properties.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Website creation and design, SEO services, and Google Ads. I had an initial call to discuss the website and advertising for my business, then approved the ads and website content and images. After running the ads, I was provided with reports of the ad campaign numbers at the end of each month. I also received a guide with details of how to make changes to the website myself if desired.

What was the team composition?

Everyone at DMF that I’ve met has been extremely helpful, using their experience to silence the distractions and navigate a clear path to a successful digital marketing plan.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I was able to use my website soon after it was created and post homes for sale. There were several credible leads from the Google ads, and I have seen an increase in sales from what I typically was able to sell.

Their team is knowledgeable, responsive and committed to supporting our initiatives, making them invaluable partners.

I was impressed with their speed and the project's results. Very fast results and leads with the ads. The website was completed quickly as well.

Working with DMF to support our organic and paid social media activity has extended the marketing activities we are able to achieve.
