I am the Marketing Director at a Digital Marketing Agency. We help business grow through engaging content and creative websites.

For what projects/services did your company hire query oal?

We were approached by a Game Developer to create a unique and creative website for their launch. We reached out to Query Oal to help us bring our clients vision to life. We required both a desktop and mobile design that would seamlessly create a fun and engaging experience for the viewer.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have worked with Query Oal on a previous project and knew they would be perfect for the job. We needed to work with an agency that can take full creative control on the project. Other factors which lead us to work with Query Oal over other Web designers included their Affordable price, industry experience, knowledgeable team

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After an initial meeting between Query Oal, our agency and the client we sent over a refined short brief detailing the Web requirements, colour theme and artwork to be used for as inspiration. Query Oal got back to us with first design draft within 2 days. They nailed the vision! the design only needed a slight colour change. The entire design was built and accepted by our client within 4 days.

We worked directly with the Project Manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The design and files provided were very thorough, easy to follow and our developers had no trouble implementing. The client was extremely happy with the design

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was easy to communicate with. He provided us with regular updates and responded quickly to all queries. We communicated via calls and email and felt involved through the entire design process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We gave Query Oal full creative control and we're blown away by their ability to turn our client's vision into life through just one phone call. They were able to capture the mood and atmosphere we hoped to create user experience. We appreciate their dedication to delivering error free designs. The team work extremely fast and listened to feedback.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Query Oal delivered a professional job quickly and efficiently. Communication was consistent and they worked well with our team.
