My company's software is targeted toward physicians who use digital platform using a HIPAA compliant mobile app to document patients encounters and then submit billing documentations. Vault R&D did most of the heavy weight lifting for development and security analysis as well as user experience improvements. 

Shaheen, the CEO of the company, was hand in hand involved in the developmental process. He and his team showed great knowledge about how to securely develop a professional platform for health care providers to address some of the deficiencies in billing practices. They assisted us with user experience design, API, security measures and testing.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The MVP software significantly streamlined workflow within the pilot medical group, compromising 40 physicians,by cutting down each physician's documentation time by 6 hours monthly and collectively saving billers 120 hours each month. 

Moreover, it reduced the rate of claims returned or rejected due to documentation errors by 38%. The significant improvement was also evident in the rate of overall reimbursement as it rose approximately 15% due to prompt billing and no further delay in charges submission.
