I’m the CTO of an IT service company. We provide services to other businesses and some residential areas.

What challenge were you trying to address with Vateko Inc?

We hired Vateko Inc for WordPress development, SEO, and search engine marketing (SEM) services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Vateko Inc is involved in the project management and development process of SEO and web design for our clients. They also manage Ahrefs, which is an SEO platform that we use with our clients.

We provide information for all the wireframes, mock-ups, and documentation. However, Vateko Inc has also done some research, and they have created site maps for our sites.

What is the team composition?

We are working directly with the owner and CEO of the company. I have sent emails to other team members, but my main point of contact is him.

How did you come to work with Vateko Inc?

We met through a client that we used to work for, and we built a relationship. I told them about my company, and we found a way to do a partnership. We have been working together since then.

How much have you invested with them?

We have spent around $10,000–$15,000. Vateko Inc has fair prices, and I have never felt a sense of abuse in terms of how they charge us. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together about two years ago. They were helping me with my website redesign. In terms of consistent work with bigger projects and clients, we started in April 2019. We have an ongoing partnership with Vateko Inc.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Vateko Inc has been involved in website development and boosting our clients’ SEO score. The customers are receiving a lot more traffic on their website compared to what they had before. In terms of rankings, it has been a huge impact. On the other hand, the clients were appearing on pages 6–7 on Google searches. Now, they went up to pages 1–2.

How did Vateko Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

Vateko Inc is probably the most organized company that I have worked with. They have everything documented and a step-by-step process for the project. That's great. It's been difficult to lose track of the project because it's so well planned out. 

That’s also the reason why we want to hold on to the partnership. Our clients feel a sense of security or reassurance that we are doing our job. A big part of that is because Vateko Inc has a good plan and strategy in place when it comes to how to manage projects.

We communicate via Slack, and we use ClickUp for project management. They're always recommending hosting platforms for fast speed, stability, and reliable service like a content delivery network (CDN). We also use a few plug-ins to track analytics, data, and performance. We also use Google Analytics, Business, and Ads.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Vateko Inc is extremely dependable and organized. There hasn’t been a project where they’ve been late or haven’t fulfilled the requirements. They always complete what they say they will complete, and usually they do it earlier. Vateko is always available, which is great. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I really don't have any complaints. I have never had an issue with Vateko Inc.

Any advice for potential customers?

My best advice for someone who is going to hire Vateko would be to be as organized as Vateko Inc is. It will be easier to get things done if both are on the same page, and if the clients provide what they need. One of our biggest issues that we face with our clients is that they’re disorganized, which makes it difficult to complete a project.
