Uwindi Web Agency

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder of a premium atmosphere reunion company. We bring together entrepreneurs, creators, and local business owners in a relaxed premium atmosphere.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Uwindi?

We needed to build a central website hub for our Austin-based lifestyle brand. The site needed to cover event promotion, ticket sales, sponsor showcase, photo gallery, and podcast. Additionally, the site had to be manageable by me without developer involvement.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Uwindi built our entire website. They created a custom WordPress site with Bricks builder, custom post types for sponsors and event gallery, an event waiver pop-up, privacy-first analytics via Rybbit, and full admin access so we could manage all content independently. The team also joined the project as a creative partner, with Uwindi featured in our sponsors section.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Uwindi.

How did you come to work with Uwindi?

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because they were close to our geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February to April 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Uwindi has helped us establish a professional central website, making it easier to present our brand, promote events, and support member access in one place. The new website has created a stronger central hub for Puff Drink Talk.

How did Uwindi perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered everything on time. We communicated via in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with Uwindi’s ability to turn a complex set of needs into one clear, easy-to-manage website. They understand our brand, have built a flexible platform for events and community content, and have ensured the whole system is simple enough for our team to run without developer help.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder of a company that operates an online directory connecting clients with independent massage therapists in Los Angeles.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Uwindi to accomplish for your online massage therapist directory?

We needed to build a full-stack marketplace platform where independent massage therapists could create profiles and attract clients through a subscription model, without relying on large platforms that charge per-booking commissions.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Uwindi designed and developed the full platform from scratch. The team was responsible for UX/UI design, creating a custom web application on October CMS (Laravel), integrating a Stripe subscription system with webhook processing, building a therapist directory with geo-filtering, integrating Google Maps, creating a branded transactional email system, setting up the server and hosting, and providing complete technical documentation with client handover.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Uwindi.

How did you come to work with Uwindi?

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, and their pricing fit our budget.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January 2026–April 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The platform launched as a fully operational marketplace. Therapists can register, build profiles, and accept subscribers from day one. The subscription system processes payments and renewals automatically via Stripe with zero manual intervention. The admin panel gives full control over moderation and user management without developer involvement. The platform launched recently and is in the early growth stage. The technical infrastructure is fully operational — registration, payments, and moderation are all working as expected. We’re currently focused on onboarding the first therapists to the platform. The initial feedback from our first users has been positive. Therapists found the registration and profile setup straightforward, and the admin workflow for moderation is working smoothly. The platform is functioning exactly as intended from a technical standpoint, which gives us confidence as we begin active outreach to therapists in the LA area.

How did Uwindi perform from a project management standpoint?

Uwindi's project management was clear and structured throughout. They communicated consistently, kept us informed at every stage, and delivered the platform on time. The handover was thorough — we received complete technical documentation covering the full system, which made it easy to take ownership of the platform independently.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stood out most was their ability to handle the full scope of the project — from UI/UX design to complex backend logic — without losing sight of the business requirements. They didn't just write code; they understood how the platform needed to work as a product. The technical documentation they delivered at handover was exceptionally thorough, which gave us full confidence to manage the platform independently from day one.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The communication was strong throughout, and we had no major issues. If anything, we would have appreciated even more frequent check-ins during the testing phase — but this is a minor point. Overall, the project ran smoothly, and the team delivered exactly what was promised.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder of a tech YouTube channel that produces product reviews with Amazon affiliate listings to connect brands with viewers.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Uwindi to accomplish for your YouTube channel and affiliate product review needs?

We hired Uwindi to build a professional website that showcases our product reviews, integrates Amazon affiliate links, and serves as a central hub for brands to discover our channel and reach out for collaboration opportunities.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Uwindi designed and developed a custom website for us that included a structured product review listing page, Amazon affiliate link integration, an embedded YouTube content section, and a brand contact/inquiry form to attract sponsorship and collaboration deals. Uwindi handled the initial website build and all core integrations. The ongoing content updates and review posts are managed on our end, but they set everything up so it’s easy for us to add new reviews and affiliate links without any technical help.

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Uwindi.

We worked together from January–February 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since launching the new site, we’ve seen improved click-through rates on our affiliate links, a more professional online presence that’s helped us land brand collaboration inquiries directly through the contact form, and a noticeable uptick in traffic from viewers looking for the products we review. After launching the Uwindi-built site, our Amazon affiliate link clicks grew by 240%, sales through affiliate links doubled, and the frequency of brand collaboration inquiries we receive also doubled — a dramatic improvement over relying solely on YouTube video descriptions. Brand outreach to us doubled after the site launched. Before, brands had no easy way to find or contact us outside of YouTube comments; now, they come through the dedicated contact form on the site, which made us look much more professional and accessible to potential partners.

How did Uwindi perform from a project management standpoint?

Uwindi was organized and communicative throughout the project. They delivered on time and kept us updated at every stage. Any questions or adjustments we had were handled quickly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stood out most was that they didn’t just build a website — they understood the affiliate and YouTube creator business model and designed everything with that in mind. The site wasn’t generic; it was built specifically to convert viewers into buyers and attract brand deals, which showed they really thought about our goals, not just the technical requirements.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, there wasn’t much they could improve on. If anything, I wish we had reached out to them sooner. The results speak for themselves, and the whole experience was straightforward from start to finish.
