I am the owner of an online marketing agency. We handle the complete online marketing of small and medium enterprises.

For what projects/services did your company hire Usernet, and what were your goals?

Many of our clients have outdated websites or just need a brand new website. Since we do not have in-house web developers, we hired Usernet Kft to design and and develop to our customers (for those whose website needed improvement). With this, we hoped that our customers would have websites that meets today's challenges and requirements.

How did you select Usernet and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for web developers, and shortlisted 3. After talked to everyone and explained our goals. After interviewing them, we chose Usernet Kft based on their past projects, design and website user experience skills and cost estimates.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals an objectives. From the in a very short time, the Usernet Kft delivered mockups and wirefrimes for the websites. After a few iterations, their team designed and developed all of the sites we ordered (custom-developed websites). All our requests have been fully complied with. Even the ones we asked for afterwards.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

From the beginning, we insisted on a dedicated project manager.The head of the company dealt with us personally. There were also 2 or 3 full stack developers and a designer working behind the scenes.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching all of the completed new websites, we saw increased traffic on all of them, which also led to an increase in revenue in the short time. The websites' positions also improved in the Google search engine, thanks to the right technical structure. Our clients love their new and updated websites made by Usernet Kft.

We talked almost daily with their project manager, who handed over all our requests perfectly to the rest of the team. If there were any delays (which was rare), they let us know ahead of time, we could prepare for it and we could communicate it to our customers as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us (and our customers) professional websites which has been constantly maintained ever since by the Usernet Kft. They took the time to teach us how to update the websites.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were some minor bugs, but they were fixed immediately after our signal.

Scope of work: Creating a password protected membership register for the Hungarian Red Cross.

Key deliverables: Hungarian Red Cross password protected website contains all of the member infos for more than 100.000 hungarian members.

Technologies used: HTML5/CSS3, PHP, JavaScript

The client was very happy with the result and since the launch, everything seems to be working very well.

Altough the communication was good with the client, we suffered some problems keeping the deadlines and the project finished a few weeks later, than it was planned.

Nothing unique and exceptional. Just an average Hungarian web development company.

Communicaton skill is one thing that must be allways improve.

We have some issues with the forms at the launch, but they immediately fixed it, so everything is perfect now!
