I’m a marketing and sales coordinator at a product design and development company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Urbi Labs?

We needed help in web development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Urbi Labs has helped us revamp our WordPress website’s homepage, updating its look and feel. They used graphics from a third-party provider in redesigning our site, and they also helped us create new blog content. Our site features several call-to-action forms and a case study carousel.

Our website is now live, and Urbi Labs is currently providing site maintenance. They’re also helping us implement minor adjustments on our other websites and develop new platforms. Whenever I need anything fixed, I reach out to Urbi Labs’ team.

We’ve started working together in July 2021, and our partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’m 100% satisfied with Urbi Labs’ work, and they’ve met my expectations. 

How did Urbi Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

Urbi Labs is very responsive, and I always get a reply within 24 hours. We communicate through Slack, emails, and phone calls. We also have bi-weekly meetings. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Urbi Labs’ communication skills are impressive. I can rely on them to take care of things; they resolve issues within the hour. They’re a great partner — they’re open to feedback and integrating with our team. In addition, they’re cost-effective.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can be more attentive to details and ensure everything is perfect.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Hire them.
