The new platform was required to deliver a significant improvement in time/cost to market when onboarding specialty products to a digital platform. This required a config-only approach, where products are defined in data rather than software code. The solution was a flexible micro-service based platform architecture which is completely separated from the JSON configuration files that define all aspects of the product. URAPP Technologies project management has been excellent. They generally communicate very well and they try to be realistic, rather than over promise. They have very high-calibre people who work hard and deliver sometimes very challenging requirements. They are flexible and fast to respond to changes to business requirements or requests to adjust the team.
