I’m the general director at a jewelry company.

What challenges were you trying to address with Upwide?

I hired them to develop my online shop. We only had products on Instagram, and we needed something more professional.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed a Shopify platform. We wanted them to create a site that enables end-users to leave comments on the site. We also wanted to offer discount codes and other features on our platform. The team now continues to implement updates on our site, they provide us with consulting services.

I work directly with 2 people.

How did you come to work with Upwide?

They contacted me offering their services a while ago but at the time we were not considering this development. When the project came up, I remembered Upwide and considered them among our options. We also asked for prices and proposals from different companies. I found Upwide’s proposal very good, and we chose to work with them.

How much have you invested in them?

We've spent $10,000–$15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started collaborating in June last year, and we continue working with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our sales channel has changed. That’s why this project has been very important to us. In connection with that, the online shop that Upwise has developed completely changed the way we work.

The platform has helped us increase our sales. It has also allowed us to create external clients’ lists that I didn’t have before. Additionally, having comments from external stakeholders has been essential for the validation of our business.

How did Upwide perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Whatsapp to communicate, and we also have video meetings on Google Meet. They’ve also asked me to fill a format where I could detail all the needs of my project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve exceeded my expectations, and they go the extra mile to add features to make our site better. Overall, they offer even more than we’re expecting. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t point out anything in particular that they can improve.

I recently started my business, so I was looking to create a digital presence to make my brand well known online.

The team at Upwide designed our logo and Shopify store. They selected the colors, designed banners, and provided other graphic design services.

I directly worked with two people.

How did you come to work with Upwide?

I researched online, and their team came up. I really liked their website because it looked very modern. I also really liked their attention and proposed budget, so I decided to work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project happened about a year ago, and it lasted around a month and a half.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I really liked the design of our logo; it was original and beautiful. It was also well-received by our friends and colleagues. It showed that their team understood what I was looking for in terms of style and colors. The same for the online shop.

I really liked the colors and design that they chose. Their team has a great ability to understand the needs of their clients. We’ve also increased our sales online.

How did Upwide perform from a project management standpoint?

As for delivery times, they were very good. We had a couple of short delays, but that was mostly from our side. Their team was always very kind, remaining in constant communication through WhatsApp or email. In general, I just loved their service.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed with their customer service approach. They had the ability to understand what we were looking for.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wouldn’t know what to say because everything worked well for us.
