Uptown Creation helped us book 14 meetings per rep in the first 3 months working together. Now that the outreach campaign is even more optimized we consistently generate 2-3 new opportunities per rep every week on LinkedIn. 

When we started working with them our LinkedIn Outreach was extremely inconsistent. Results on LinkedIn would be sporadic, and it was hard for our reps to prospect during weeks when they had calls. Then their calendars would dry up and they would be forced to prospect on their own again. 

Uptown Creation has made our LinkedIn efforts more effective & consistent. We are seeing 3X the meetings booked per month as compared to our reps managing their LinkedIn outreach on their own.

Over the 7 months working with Uptown Creation they've been able to generate an average of over 30 meetings a month for our 5 person sales team. Each member of our sales team has over 2500 new connections with unique decision makers in our ICP. 
That's a total of 12,500+ people that we can also share content with. Our marketing team has been able to work with Uptown Creation to create a content strategy that allows our in house team to assist with nurturing new connections while they focus on the targeting, messages, and meeting booking. We we're ROI positive after the first 4 months, and have been profitable ever since. Especially since we have a consistent pipeline of connections we are continuing to nurture.

We partnered with uptown to build effective, dependable, and scalable lead gen channels to fuel our growth. Chris has helped us stand up cold email, setup healthy domains and inboxes, and set us up to send over 30,000 emails a month without risking getting domains/inboxes shut down. 
Uptown has worked hand in hand with our business development to help us launch new campaigns on a weekly basis and consulted us on how to run effective a/b tests and continual optimization to improve the amount of leads we generate daily.

In less two months working with uptown, we have turned cold email into our biggest lead gen channel. We’ve sent 45,000 emails and have generated over 90 leads. We tested cold email with a previous company and it took us 6 months to only send 9,000 emails and it generated 1 lead and we got 2 domains shit down.

On a monthly basis Uptown Creation has consistently reached or exceeded KPIs. The first month of engagement was slower, but they let us know this would be the case. Although we still booked 4 meetings per rep within the first month. By month 2 we were booking 6-8 meetings consistently per rep. Each LinkedIn account was also growing connections, and we actually had a few inbound leads that mentioned they found us because someone on our sales team had connected with them on LinkedIn. 
I was surprised that the work Uptown Creation did for us actually impacted the whole lead generation process, even outside of LinkedIn. Uptown Creation has been able to grow each of our LinkedIn accounts by about 3000 connections over the 8 months working together so far. In that same timeframe we've spent ~$60,000 to generate over $750,000 in closed revenue. 
Our ROI has been about 12X, which has been great. In terms of meetings booked, we've consistently booked 15+ meetings per month across the 3 reps that are being fully managed by Uptown Creation.

Over the past 5 months they've sent over 4000 connection requests resulting in roughly 1500 new connections with decision makers in our ICP. We've booked an average of 8 meetings per month with a 90% show rate. 

• Increased Connection Acceptance Rate: One of the primary KPIs was an increase in the percentage of connection requests that were accepted by our target audience. In the past we've typically gotten a 10-15% acceptance rate. Through Uptown Creation's Active Targeting they we're above to get that up to a 34% connection acceptance rate, resulting in more than double the monthly LinkedIn leads. 
• Improved Message Response Rates: Before the engagement, our message response rates were around 7% on LinkedIn specifically, which I thought was great. After incorporating Uptown Creation's PSR Messaging we saw that increase to over 20% response rate. A higher response rate indicated that our messaging strategy resonated with our prospects, leading to meaningful conversations and engagement. 
• Lead Generation Growth: The number of high-quality leads generated through the campaign served as a tangible measure of success. These leads, complete with contact details and relevant information, provided opportunities for our sales team to convert prospects into clients. We averaged 8 meetings per month. 
• Positive ROI: We are making more money than we're spending once that campaign has warmed up, and that's all that matters to me at the end of the day. 
• A/B Testing Insights: Analyzing the results of A/B testing provided valuable insights into which messaging and connection request variations were most effective. Continued optimization based on these insights demonstrated progress throughout the project.
