Nothing I can think of.  I am giving them my all my future projects.  No outside RFP's anymore.

They have a dedicated project manager who manages agile sprints. Delivery is not always on time, but we know what cuased the delay, which is standard for Agile. They respond quickly and are always friendly and effective in resolving requests.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They work very autonomously, which is what we need. We had a big backlog, and we needed a group that could work through that backlog without needing to have a lot of hand holding. They ramped up very quickly and their consistency has been impressive.

Working with this team is like working with a high-quality engineering group in a nimble startup.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Uptech Sol could have done differently?

Nothing worth sharing here, they have been really responsive to feedback and quickly resolve any issue raisd. Keep up the good work!

Umar and his team were great. They built my custom software from the ground up and were able to deliver on what I asked. The price was reasonable and the experience was positive.

Communication was simple and straightfoward. Sometimes we met virtually via Zoom, and other times we messaged through Discord.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Some developers can only think of the situation in terms of the scope, but struggle to see beyond the scope as described. Umar and the Uptech Sol team do very well at thinking of the bigger picture and pushing tech development to meet the bigger picture vision and strategy of the business needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Uptech Sol could have done differently?

Perhaps a bit more transparency on items that are work in progress. We eventually created a shared spreadsheet where we could track items, but often I would just wake up to new features deployed - which is a nice surprise, but some added transparency would have been helpful. Overall very positive experience though.
